Directions to Camp Alvernia

From the Long Island Expressway, take Exit 51 (Route 231 – Deer Park Avenue) or from the Northern State Parkway, take Exit 42N (Deer Park Avenue)

Go north
Bear left at fork just north of Northern State Parkway.
Cross over Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike).
At the first traffic light after crossing Jericho Turnpike, turn right onto Broadway-Greenlawn Road (Route 86). Stay on this road 3 ½ miles to East Main Street (State Route 25A).
Cross over East Main Street (State Route 25A) onto Little Neck Road.
At first stop sign, turn left onto Prospect Road.
Take Prospect Road 0.7 miles, past Queen of Martyrs Church and past the dead end sign.
Alvernia’s entrance is marked by a big white sign that says “Alvernia”
